Promotional texts (like closing-soon reminders) only go to people who opted in, at most twice per game, and never at night. Reply STOP any time to end them. Receipts, security codes and winner messages always continue, because they are part of the service, and because a winner must always be reachable.

Do not pay again. Wait a few minutes, then contact support with your mobile money message. We can look up any payment, receipt, case or claim reference.

How do I know a text is really from CediCash?+

It starts with "CediCash:", comes from our sender ID, never asks for your PIN, and winner texts are always followed by a phone call.
