01Who we are

A Ghanaian prize-promotion platform.

CediCash runs Golden 15, a group-based raffle built on a simple idea: a price almost anyone can afford, a draw you can watch, and proof in your hand the moment you pay.

We publish the full rules of every campaign before it opens, and we publish any change to those rules when it happens.

If you cannot find the rule that answers your question, that is a fault on our side, and we would rather you told us than guessed.

02What we do

Not one winner. One hundred and sixty-five.

Players buy a ticket for GHS5 and play inside one of 65 groups. When the campaign closes, 15 of those 65 groups are drawn as winning groups. That structure is the whole business.

03What we stand for

Six promises we build the game around.

Proof after every payment

Every player gets an SMS receipt straight after paying. That receipt number is all you need to check your ticket, raise a case, or claim a prize, on the website, on any phone through the service code, or with support.

A draw you can see

Fifteen groups are drawn from sixty-five, and the result is published. You should never have to take our word for an outcome you cannot look up.

Nothing hidden about the price

One ticket costs GHS5. No tiers, no add-ons, no surprise charges. If you only read the price, you know what playing costs.

Charity is part of the design

Every campaign carries a charitable contribution: GHS250,000 in the current one, shared equally between five charities. It is written into the terms, not added at the end.

Adults only

Golden 15 is open to people aged 18 and over who are legally permitted to take part in games of chance in Ghana. Age is verified before any prize is paid.

Help that answers

Every complaint or query gets a case number, so you can follow what is happening instead of starting the story again each time you call.

Giving back, by design

Every campaign gives to five Ghanaian charities.

The current campaign carries a charitable contribution of GHS250,000, shared equally between five charities selected through the approved selection process involving the winning groups.

04How we protect players

What we actually do.

Protection is a list of things we do, not a slogan. Here is that list.

Your proof of entry

An SMS receipt after payment, carrying a receipt number that works across the website, the phone service code and support.

Verified winners

Winners are contacted directly, and their identity and age are verified before any money is paid out.

Your personal information

Handled under Ghana's data protection law and the framework of the Data Protection Commission. We do not sell personal information.

A route for complaints

Every complaint gets a case number and a defined escalation path, set out in the Refund and Dispute Policy.

Responsible play

We do not market this game to anyone under 18. If playing stops being fun, support will tell you how to stop.

05Where the money goes

06What we will not do

Six lines we do not cross.

We will not advertise a prize we are not able to pay.

We will not market a game of chance to anyone under 18.

We will not sell or trade your personal information.

We will not add charges that are not part of the published ticket price.

We will not change campaign rules in silence. A change is published when it is made.

We will not describe a result you cannot check for yourself.
